We are a small family-owned company celebrating our 50th year in business in 2017. In addition to Zander Industrial Plaza we own and operate 20th Century Building and Land Development Inc., 20th Century Realty Inc., River Run Site Condominiums LLC and The Plaza Group Properties, collectively: "The Zander Companies".

Zander Industrial Plaza provides Livingston County with light industrial buildings to lease. We rent industrial buildings from 1600 Square Feet to 80,000 Square Feet.
