We are a small family owned company with all our energy focused on serving our clients. Our aim is to provide a wide variety of industrial and commercial buildings for small "mom and pop" start-up shops to national and international firms at attractive prices and with great personal service.

We have been in business since 1967. We began with one building and now have 135 industrial and commercial rentals spaces, from a modest 1,400 sq. ft. commercial building to 80,000 sq. ft. industrial buildings.
